Maia Jujnovsky (she/her) is a proud bicultural Latina with roots in Argentina and Mexico, who has always embraced the beauty of living between worlds. Growing up in Mexico and now calling the U.S. home, she brings a unique global perspective to her work in philanthropy. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Maia navigates both languages with ease, allowing her to build meaningful connections across diverse communities.

Though she refers to herself as a “philanthropy rookie,” Maia’s heart has long been invested in social and environmental causes. Her personal passion for sustainability, learning, and advocacy inspired her to pursue educational credentials, which eventually led her into the collective giving philanthropic sector. With a strong background in sales, Maia has honed her skills in understanding people’s motivations, building relationships, and managing complex projects across international markets. Constantly seeking ways to deepen her knowledge, Maia is driven by her desire to learn and remain dedicated to the causes she believes in.

Now, at Philanthropy Together, Maia supports global initiatives, partnerships, and sponsorships, and she is thrilled to serve as a Program Manager.
