Kelsey Barowich (they/them) seeks to engage and build community with the ultimate goal of bringing each us closer to a kinder world rooted in social justice, anti-racism, and interdependence. As Program and Campaign Manager, Kelsey Barowich coordinates the Social Justice Giving Circle Project and Equity and Justice in Collective Giving Webinar Series.

Kelsey first came to the philanthropic field through their work with the Mass Redistribution Fund, a Massachusetts grassroots pooled fund addressing the impact of Covid-19 on the Massachusetts community. They are interested in exploring the interconnections of money, power, and grassroots organizing and believes giving circles can be a tool in reimagining a more democratic way of being.

They live in Boston with their dog and chosen family. They enjoy the arts, music, rock climbing, long walks in the woods with their dog, and spending time in community with those they love.
