CircleUp Detroit brings together members of collective giving groups — giving circles, collaborative funds, giving projects, etc — in the area for networking and fun! Join Philanthropy Together and Transforming Power Fund on Tuesday, August 22 at 6PM ET to hear what other giving circles in Detroit are up to and how your work is fueling a growing global movement. You’ll also have a chance to check out “Giving Back: The Soul of Philanthropy Reframed and Exhibited,” a changing exhibit at the Detroit Historical Museum which honors, celebrates and sustains rich traditions of giving within African American communities (open through August 27, 2023).
